- Familiarity with COUPA for expense reimbursement processes.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Ability to perform analytical tasks and account reconciliations.
- Excellent communication skills for handling inquiries from vendors and stakeholders.
Responsibility
- Process all vendor invoices in Oracle, ensuring timely processing after performing invoice audits.
- Create and modify vendor information in Oracle.
- Handle invoice inquiries from vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Process employee claims and reimbursements in COUPA according to company policy.
- Maintain a clear understanding of accounting principles and pass journal entries as needed.
- Conduct analytical tasks and reconciliation of accounts.
