- Assist IT Asset Manager with preparing purchases.
- Identify and select vendors for IT products and services, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, evaluating their performance and compliance with company standards.
- Develop and manage IT purchasing budgets, tracking expenditures for cost-effectiveness.
- Draft and review purchase orders and contracts, ensuring adherence to legal and company regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to meet the company's IT needs efficiently.
- Analyze data to track purchasing trends and generate reports for management.
