Qualification
- 5–7 years of hands-on expertise in Salesforce platform development.
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools for integrations.
- Ability to mentor junior developers and collaborate with technical architects.
Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components.
- Build and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and triggers.
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
- Collaborate with technical architects to design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
