Responsibility
- Own, design and implement IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
- Define, document, and maintain ITSM processes following best practices such as ITIL
- Continuously review and improve processes based on stakeholder feedback
- Act as the key point of contact for process-related questions and issues
- Manage major incidents, changes, and problems according to established processes
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure global consistency in process implementation
- Provide regular reports to Management and Stakeholders
- Gather and document requirements for ITSM processes from IT teams, Management, and Customers
