Responsibility
- Lead the coordination of global compensation programs, ensuring alignment with global strategies and timely execution across all regions.
- Coordinate compensation program rollouts, monitor progress, and manage potential risks or bottlenecks, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for compensation programs, from planning and development to execution and review.
- Act as program owner for one or more compensation programs, focusing on global compensation consulting and project management.
- Ensure seamless execution of compensation initiatives and alignment with business objectives.
