Qualification
- 3–5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales within payments, fintech, or SaaS.
- Proven track record of driving revenue expansion through upsell and cross-sell.
- Strong understanding of merchant operations and payment ecosystems.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-growing environment.
Responsibility
- Manage a portfolio of active merchants and act as their key point of contact.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional HitPay products and features.
- Conduct periodic business reviews to improve merchant engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to align new features and campaigns with merchant needs.
- Analyze merchant transaction data to uncover growth opportunities.
- Share success stories and feedback to inform HitPay’s merchant engagement strategy.
- Meet quarterly revenue and upsell targets.
