The Enterprise Account Executive at hyperexponential (hx) will be responsible for driving new client acquisition and expanding the company's footprint across enterprise accounts in the insurance industry. hx is an AI-powered platform transforming how insurers make critical decisions, backed by notable investors and trusted by major global insurers. The role emphasizes building relationships with senior stakeholders and achieving significant revenue growth.
Qualification
- Proven track record in enterprise sales, preferably in the SaaS or insurance technology sector.
- Experience in building relationships with C-Suite executives and managing multi-stakeholder engagements.
- Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to influence long-term partnerships.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that lead to significant revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship-building.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan that drives new logo acquisition, leading to growth of $1M+ ARR annually.
- Build and maintain relationships with multiple senior stakeholders, including C-Suite executives, to influence long-term partnerships and expand hx’s presence.
- Drive new client acquisition and expand hx’s footprint across enterprise accounts.
- Engage in consultative, strategic sales approaches to nurture multi-stakeholder engagements across actuaries, underwriters, IT leaders, and the C-Suite.
- Contribute to the sales culture that is high-touch and relationship-driven, focusing on building credibility and reputation.
