Illumio is seeking a Product Management Intern for a 12-week program starting in May or June 2026. The intern will work onsite in Sunnyvale, CA, contributing to the development of cybersecurity products by collaborating with various teams and gaining insights into the company's technology and market needs.
Qualification
- Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Network Security, or related field with an expected graduation date in Winter 2026/Spring 2027.
- Strong interest in network technologies, cloud, security, and operating systems.
- Basic knowledge of multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), containers, and operating systems (Linux, Windows, macOS).
- Quick learner of complex technical concepts, with the ability to translate them into clear, understandable content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical information clearly and concisely.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects.
Responsibility
- Work as part of the Product Management team to ideate, build, and deliver impactful product features addressing cybersecurity challenges.
- Develop a strong understanding of Illumio’s product portfolio and its application across industries.
- Gather insights from customers and stakeholders to inform product direction and ensure market alignment.
- Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales for cohesive product strategy and execution.
- Learn and grow core product management skills, blending strategic thinking, technical depth, customer empathy, and effective execution.
