The Senior Image Quality Engineer at indie will be part of a dynamic team focused on enhancing automotive camera performance through innovative semiconductor and imaging technologies. The role emphasizes collaboration with various teams to deliver exceptional image quality across multiple automotive applications.
Qualification
- Experience in image quality engineering or related field.
- Strong understanding of imaging algorithms and camera technologies.
- Proficiency in developing testing methodologies and metrics.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with automotive applications and standards.
Responsibility
- Deliver world-class image quality for indie’s camera modules across a range of automotive applications and CFA types.
- Identify, define, and drive improvements in image quality by developing new tuning methodologies, testing metrics, and tools.
- Develop proofs of concept to demonstrate ISP technology strengths and showcase best-in-class image performance.
- Collaborate with indie’s ISP and Vision Embedded Software teams to implement algorithm and tool enhancements.
- Partner with the Vision Platform Engineering team to support image sensor driver development, maintenance, and performance optimization.
