Qualification
- General aptitude for solving problems and using technology to improve processes
- Background in Hospital Pharmacy Operations, Nursing, PAS, Billing, or General Medical training
- Experience in implementation of product solutions, particularly HIS solutions
- Understanding of computer systems, software development, deployment methodology, and computer networking
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under tight time constraints
- Proven ability to think laterally and provide innovative solutions for software implementations
- Ability to make independent recommendations for successful software implementations
- Proven ability to work through problems with different customer groups achieving positive outcomes
Responsibility
- Liaise with customers to understand work processes and requirements for the TrakCare application
- Implement the TrakCare application according to customer business requirements and InterSystems methodologies
- Conduct individual and group training, product demonstrations, and workshops
- Manage and implement change management requests from clients
- Deliver successful application implementation phases
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for TrakCare implementations
- Work with customers to identify potential changes within product parameters
- Perform other duties as directed by the company
