They are seeking a proactive Part-Time Product Assistant to support product coordination, data management, and wholesale outreach, with training provided on data analysis and product systems.
Qualification
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and analyze data.
- Experience in wholesale or logistics preferred.
- Located in Shenzhen, China, with the ability to work in-office.
Responsibility
- Manage and analyze product data using Excel (VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables).
- Assist with creating line sheets, catalogs, and reporting.
- Build lists of potential wholesale customers and assist with outreach.
- Onboard new wholesale accounts by entering data and providing product information.
- Communicate with factories to track production and shipments and coordinate international deliveries.
