The Integration Lead role in the Professional Services department involves integrating Ivalua products with clients' ERP and other systems, ensuring high-quality delivery and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualification
- Experience in integrating ERP systems with third-party applications
- Strong technical background in cloud-based solutions and procurement technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think holistically about implementations
- Experience in project management and working with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills to liaise with technical clients and stakeholders
Responsibility
- Work with project managers and clients to integrate Ivalua with customers' systems
- Serve as the technical lead from Ivalua to support technical efforts during projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their integration needs and provide solutions
- Ensure successful implementation of Ivalua products in client environments
- Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in service delivery
