Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in asset management or real estate investment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute asset management strategies for Dutch assets, ensuring portfolio alignment.
- Oversee third-party collaborations and coordinate with the investment team to align operations with investment goals.
- Analyze market trends and conditions to inform leasing and marketing strategies.
- Manage relationships with tenants and stakeholders to enhance asset performance.
- Prepare and present reports on asset performance and strategic initiatives to senior management.
