Responsibility
- Develop and execute asset management strategies for German assets, ensuring portfolio alignment.
- Oversee third-party collaborations and coordinate with the investment team to align operations with investment goals.
- Analyze market dynamics and develop proactive asset management and leasing strategies.
- Work closely with the German investment team and the Europe/Americas management team.
- Drive long-term value creation for JDP’s German/European assets.
