Qualification
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- 3+ years experience in e-commerce operations, with exposure to brand or category management in cross-border contexts.
- Understanding of consumer preferences and brand trends in local markets.
Responsibility
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of international retail category structures that align with the shopping behaviours and expectations of overseas users.
- Streamline and enhance the category application process and governance standards, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and scalability.
- Drive the standardisation and optimisation of the international brand database, ensuring information is well-structured, reusable, and interoperable across systems and departments.
- Utilise category and brand data to conduct market analysis and track competitor trends, providing insights and strategic recommendations for product development and brand enhancement.
