We are looking for a proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team, acting as a trusted advisor to operational leaders and frontline managers. The role focuses on aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, fostering a performance-driven culture, and driving operational excellence in warehousing, transportation, and supply chain teams.
Qualification
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- Experience in performance management and employee relations.
Responsibility
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand operational goals and deliver HR strategies that support performance, productivity, and employee engagement.
- Support headcount planning, recruitment coordination, and talent pipeline development aligned with business needs.
- Provide guidance on employee issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
- Lead performance review cycles, identify high-potential talent, and support leadership development initiatives.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
