Qualification
- College degree or above, proficient in office software, familiarity with WMS preferred.
- More than 2 years of warehouse work experience, familiar with warehouse procedures.
- Strong execution ability and team management experience.
- Rigorous work attitude and responsible work ethic.
Responsibility
- Oversee daily work arrangements for shipping and deployment of shipping personnel.
- Formulate and revise shipping workflow to enhance efficiency and organization.
- Train shipping personnel to improve operating standards and service quality.
- Supervise shipping employees to ensure timely delivery and zero errors.
- Coordinate with other working groups and communicate company policies to employees.
- Ensure compliance with the company's information management system.
