Responsibility
- Manage a group of full-time direct reports including staffing, training, development, motivation, retention, and disciplinary management.
- Drive workforce excellence through performance and productivity management, providing consistent feedback and coaching.
- Oversee production activities within warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with work instructions, workflow activities, and safety rules.
- Manage the schedule of direct reports’ time-off to minimize impact on business operations.
- Prepare and distribute various reports needed for day-to-day operations.
- Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external customers.
- Ensure the security of the facility and the integrity of the inventory.
