Qualification
- Proven experience in inventory management or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to train and lead a team effectively.
- Problem-solving skills to address inventory discrepancies.
Responsibility
- Supervise daily inventory operations, including stock counting, data entry, and reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure accuracy through cycle counts and regular audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in collaboration with warehouse, purchasing, and sales teams.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records using warehouse management or inventory systems (e.g., WMS, ERP).
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of goods.
- Train and mentor the inventory team; assign tasks and monitor performance.
- Analyze inventory reports to identify trends and issues.
