Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team through effective recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Conduct daily team briefings to align staff with targets and reinforce company values.
- Ensure adequate staffing and resource levels to meet fluctuating operational demands.
- Promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture focused on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor operational KPIs (e.g., order accuracy, throughput, inventory accuracy) and implement improvements to drive efficiency.
- Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain workflow.
- Maintain compliance with all safety, security, and quality standards.
- Work cross-functionally with transport, HR, and customer service teams to support business goals.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other tools to optimize inventory control and space utilization.
