Account Executive, Real Assets at Juniper Square, focused on selling fund administration and software solutions to Private Equity Real Estate and Real Assets firms. Lead full sales cycle, build strategic relationships, forecast pipeline, and drive revenue in a SaaS/professional-services environment within a remote-friendly, high-performing team.
Qualification
- Proven track record selling software solutions (SaaS and/or professional services) to private equity real estate, real assets, or related financial services sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to acquire new clients and grow revenue within existing accounts (hunting and farming).
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales Development, Solutions Engineering, and product/solutions teams.
- Strong ability to manage the full sales cycle, including discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and closing; plus proficient forecasting and pipeline management.
- Excellent relationship-building and executive-level communication skills; ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the private equity real estate and real assets ecosystem and ability to map Juniper Square’s solutions to client needs.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and comfortable in a remote/hybrid work environment.
Responsibility
- Engage directly with prospective Private Equity Real Estate and Real Assets firms to sell fund administration and software solutions.
- Acquire new clients and develop account strategies to drive expansion and revenue growth within existing relationships.
- Partner with Sales Development, Fund Solutions, and Solutions Engineering teams to originate, manage, and close new business.
- Deliver a best-in-class buying experience by understanding customer needs and guiding them through an effective evaluation process.
- Build consensus and executive alignment across stakeholders to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Develop and maintain relationships across client organizations and the broader PERE ecosystem.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
