Kaizen Gaming, a leading GameTech company operating in 19 markets, is seeking a Business Intelligence Team Lead to drive data-driven decision-making across its BI Product & Operational Teams. The role involves collaboration with various departments to align strategies with organizational goals and empower teams to leverage data effectively.
Qualification
- BSc & Master’s degree in a quantitative field
- Proven experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Experience with data visualization tools and BI software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
Responsibility
- Cultivate strong relationships with departments and stakeholders, understanding their daily operations and strategic objectives
- Lead the BI product verticals along with its corresponding ops teams to deliver functional and user-friendly data products
- Develop growth plans for team members and create yearly roadmaps aligned with Kaizen's strategic objectives
- Take ownership of team priorities, deliverables and planning on a frequent basis
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert across multiple streams, providing a holistic view of business priorities, needs and strategic goals
- Foster an agile working environment, ensuring adaptability to changing priorities while meeting yearly objectives
- Challenge existing metrics and KPIs, collaborating with the team to develop new ones that drive business growth
- Advocate for a robust data-driven culture within the organization.
