Kajabi is undergoing a significant transformation and is looking for a proactive and empathetic Community Manager to lead their online community and feedback portal. This role focuses on creating a positive engagement strategy, ensuring effective communication, and empowering Kajabi's customers, referred to as Heroes, by providing valuable content and support.
Qualification
- Proven experience in community management or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to create engaging content and manage a content calendar.
- Experience with feedback collection and analysis.
- Empathy and a proactive approach to community engagement.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute a proactive engagement and content strategy for the community.
- Build and maintain a consistent content calendar including product announcements and educational content.
- Maintain a cadence of posts to keep community members informed and connected.
- Celebrate and elevate community contributions and promote peer-to-peer support.
- Own the messaging process for feature launches in collaboration with various teams.
- Draft and publish announcements that explain new features and updates clearly.
- Monitor the community and feedback portal daily to track sentiment and clarify questions.
