Responsibility
- Partner with People Leaders to support employee relations, performance management, and coaching conversations.
- Drive operational rigor by managing HR processes such as performance reviews and engagement surveys.
- Lead and support employee culture programs that foster belonging and reinforce company values.
- Document employee separations and exit conversations with clarity and compliance.
- Track action items from employee conversations and ensure timely follow-through.
- Collaborate with Total Rewards, Legal, and Talent teams to align on compensation and compliance.
