Kajabi, a leading creator commerce platform founded in 2010, is seeking a Senior Data Scientist specializing in Marketing Analytics. This role focuses on enhancing Kajabi's growth through data-driven marketing strategies, including advanced modeling for attribution, incrementality, and forecasting. The position involves collaboration with various teams to optimize marketing spend and maximize ROI.
Qualification
- Proven experience in data science, particularly in marketing analytics.
- Strong knowledge of multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing, and media mix modeling.
- Experience in developing predictive models for marketing metrics such as CAC and LTV.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams including Marketing, Finance, and Product.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibility
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of multi-touch attribution (MTA), incrementality testing, and media mix modeling (MMM).
- Build frameworks to evaluate both paid and organic growth levers such as paid social, paid search, influencer, lifecycle, affiliates, and SEO.
- Develop predictive models for Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), and payback windows in collaboration with Finance.
- Build forecasting models for acquisition, spend efficiency, and conversion funnels.
- Work closely with Marketing, Growth, Finance, and Product teams to define KPIs and measurement approaches aligned with Kajabi’s OKRs.
- Translate complex modeling outputs into simple, compelling recommendations for senior leadership.
