- Understanding of target consumers and regulatory authorities for risk management assessment.
Responsibility
- Provide basic risk management assessment of desired communications and benefits.
- Provide claims and communication options for products considering product benefits and external requirements.
- Formal approval of all product-related consumer-facing communications, offering alternatives when necessary.
- Develop holistic claims data/study plan to support new and updated product launches.
- Ensure clinical and technical study results align with desired claims and meet external standards.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for ongoing product-related communications and external challenges.
- Develop content for claims-related requirements for pre-market and pre-advertising submissions.
