Qualification

- Familiarity with Kraken's products and services.
Responsibility
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients needing assistance with trading products.
- Handle inquiries related to pro web, pro app, consumer app, and kraken desktop applications.
- Assist clients with placing orders, opening leverage positions, and charting.
- Break down fees and report bugs related to trading.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as product, compliance, and engineering to resolve client issues.
