- Proven experience as a trader in the crypto or financial markets, particularly in OTC trading.

- Experience in developing trading strategies and executing trades effectively.
- Familiarity with crypto products and market dynamics.
Responsibility
- Support and grow the OTC Spot and derivatives desks by defining strategy and execution for long-term growth.
- Engage with clients and develop business relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and institutional clients.
- Contribute to risk management practices across spot, options, and other derivatives by managing client flow and pricing effectively.
- Collaborate with technology teams to innovate and enhance trading infrastructure.
- Drive strategy and execution for the OTC desk, ensuring competitive execution and settlement services.
