- Strong technical instincts and experience in engineering management
- Experience with HRIS systems and understanding of payroll, time tracking, and compensation
- Ability to navigate complex workflows and compliance issues
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing engineering teams
- Hands-on coding experience and ability to contribute to technical solutions
Responsibility
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of engineers, supporting their career development and performance
- Own the technical strategy and delivery of HRIS modules, managing complex workflows and compliance
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Legal, and Leadership to deliver secure and user-focused solutions
- Contribute code regularly, especially during complex situations or to unblock team members
- Shape workflows and scale the engineering culture within the organization
- Mentor fellow Engineering Managers and contribute to cross-squad leadership topics
