The role involves collaborating with teams to create compelling narratives and marketing strategies that resonate with developers, researchers, and users. This position is hybrid/remote and full-time, focusing on storytelling, growth, and ecosystem-building in the AI space.
Qualification
- Experience in marketing, particularly in digital marketing and community engagement
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical information into engaging content
- Familiarity with various marketing channels including social media, blogs, and email
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns
- Passion for AI and understanding of its implications in society
- Strong analytical skills to track performance metrics and user sentiment
Responsibility
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across channels (social, blog, web, email) to drive awareness and community participation
- Collaborate with product, research, and design teams to translate updates and insights into clear, engaging narratives
- Develop and manage content that informs and excites users—from product explainers to community spotlights
- Support launch coordination, live announcements, and engagement across Discord and other community spaces
- Help evolve our brand voice, positioning, and messaging as we scale
- Track performance metrics and user sentiment to iterate on strategy and content
- Identify ecosystem partners, contributors, and creators who can help extend LMArena’s reach
- Ensure marketing efforts stay aligned with our values: openness, rigor, and community trust
