Qualification
- An active TS security clearance (with the ability to obtain a SCI) or higher.
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years’ experience in operations with at least 5 years in a senior role.
- Experience delivering a full range of IT support services on large scale programs ($50M+); experience within DOS, DOJ, and/or IC.
- Expertise communicating with and presenting to high-level government officials.
Responsibility
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to program teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team by promoting professional growth and curating a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned to MetroStar’s strategy map and BHAG.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for programs across the portfolio.
- Collaborate with leaders across MetroStar to support initiatives aligned to the strategy map, including support for organic and new business growth opportunities.
