Qualification
- Typically 7+ years of experience in software engineering or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages relevant to AI and tooling development.
- Experience with compiler design and debugging tools.
- Familiarity with AI systems and infrastructure.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and mentor others.
Responsibility
- Design, build, and maintain technologies supporting the Mojo compiler, including REPL, CPU/GPU debuggers, language servers, and tracing tools.
- Collaborate with compiler and kernel teams to create innovative debugging workflows.
- Ensure seamless integration of debugging technologies with the compiler and platform.
- Participate in design discussions and code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Engage with the Modular and open source community to support contributions and foster inclusivity.
- Mentor junior engineers and support their growth.
