Qualification
- Proven track record of closing significant deals in fintech, payments, or traditional finance sectors.
- Deep curiosity about stablecoins, payments, and the intersection of crypto and fintech.
- Hustler mindset with the ability to make things happen in a limited structure.
- Strong network or ability to quickly build one in crypto and fintech circles.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to navigate technical and business contexts.
Responsibility
- Identify, engage, and onboard key ecosystem partners including fintechs, PSPs, banks, and stablecoin issuers.
- Structure and negotiate agreements that drive adoption of Monad as a global settlement payments layer.
- Collaborate on launch strategy, including marketing narrative, landing page, and early customer integrations.
- Evangelize Monad to the broader crypto and fintech communities through events, partnerships, and strategic outreach.
- Rapidly research stablecoins, payments, and settlements to inform strategy and execution.
