MediaMonks is seeking a Data Analyst to join a specialized team focused on delivering digital advertising assets for a major global brand. The role involves analyzing digital conversations, generating reports, and collaborating with creative teams to optimize content strategies.

Qualification

  • At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role in a digital or content agency.
  • Understanding and mastery of digital metrics.
  • Experience in analyzing digital and social platforms.
  • Experience in monitoring digital and social crises.
  • Experience working with creative and content teams.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and research skills.
  • Excellent spelling, writing, and mastery of writing rules and syntax.

Responsibility

  • Process, analyze, and understand conversations in digital channels to identify key insights or brand opportunities.
  • Monitor daily conversations related to the brands to detect communication opportunities or potential crises.
  • Generate daily and monthly reports of content performance from the perspective of content strategy and social listening.
  • Collaborate in brainstorming sessions with content and creative teams to optimize platform content, messages, formats, and duration based on insights from reports.
