Monks is seeking a Senior Production Designer for their Buenos Aires office to enhance digital asset and content design. The role involves collaborating with a global team to produce high-quality visuals for product interfaces, social media, and advertising, ensuring consistency and quality across various formats.
Qualification
- Around 6 years of experience in crafting digital ads and assets.
- Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator; skills in Sketch/Figma are a bonus.
- Mastery of silhouetting and additional retouching skills are a plus.
- Ability to keep files, layers, and folders organized.
- Capable of independently managing tasks and proactively leading projects.
Responsibility
- Design static visuals for product interfaces, social media, and display advertising.
- Collaborate with a global team of designers, illustrators, animators, editors, and art directors.
- Produce a high volume of visually appealing assets while maintaining quality.
- Ensure designs adhere to guidelines and are consistent across formats and languages.
- Work directly with art directors on the client side, representing Monks from a design perspective.
