Monks is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager who is fluent in German to lead a complex Transition & Transformation project for a manufacturing client in Northern Germany. The role involves managing the transition of IT services and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements while working closely with the client's project team.
Qualification
- Fluency in German and English.
- Proven experience in IT project management, particularly in IT outsourcing.
- Deep expertise in managing transitions from existing IT service providers to new providers.
- Strong understanding of complex outsourcing contractual frameworks.
- Experience in establishing governance structures and coordinating multi-location project activities.
Responsibility
- Lead the transition of end-user services, including User Help Desk and Service Management, from the incumbent to the new provider.
- Coach the customer's project team on contract-compliant implementation of the T&T project.
- Establish governance and committee structures and coordinate project management activities across two main European locations.
- Monitor the project schedule and T&T milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Act as a key representative for the customer, ensuring project delivery within scope and compliance with contractual agreements.
