Multiverse is an EdTech company focused on upskilling individuals in AI and tech through apprenticeships. They are seeking a Data Cohort Coach to guide apprentices in their learning journey, ensuring successful completion of their programs and fostering a motivating learning environment.
Qualification
- Experience in coaching or mentoring individuals or groups.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create an inclusive and motivating learning environment.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting learners.
- Familiarity with data analysis to track apprentice progress and outcomes.
Responsibility
- Guide apprentices to successful, timely completion of their programme.
- Master group and individualised coaching techniques to enhance apprentice learning.
- Adhere to coach quality frameworks to ensure a consistent level of quality for every coaching session.
- Create a vibrant, inclusive and motivating environment that drives apprentice learning and engagement.
- Maintain an owner’s mentality in supporting apprentices and other coaches.
- Work with Ops and supporting teams to review and action data for the best apprentice experience.
- Engage with apprentice managers for progress reviews using data provided by ops teams.
- Implement interventions in partnership with operations team members to ensure learners stay on track.
