Launch Coach at Multiverse, an edtech upskilling platform, guiding apprentices through the crucial first 60 days of their programmes across multiple clients. You'll partner with Implementation and instructors to tailor onboarding, lead group and individual coaching, monitor progress and intervene early to protect learning quality, and orchestrate handovers to Cohort Coaches to ensure a high-quality, scalable learner experience.
Qualification
- Proven experience coaching or facilitating groups of adult learners or apprentices.
- Strong group facilitation and workshop delivery skills.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams (e.g., Implementation, Admissions, instructors) to onboard new learners.
- Ability to assess learner performance, identify at-risk individuals, and implement early interventions.
- Familiarity with quality assurance frameworks or standards for coaching/education delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, multi-client environment with adaptability and resilience.
- Ability to design or guide engaging sessions, workshops, and project planning that translate to job performance.
- Data-driven mindset with attention to learning outcomes and program metrics.
- Willingness to collaborate with Cohort Coaches and support a scalable onboarding model.
Responsibility
- Confidently guide large groups of apprentices through the first 60 days, ensuring they understand how to apply new skills to their job roles.
- Collaborate with the Implementation team and an instructor on the 'Flying Start' kickoff to set up the learning framework and initial coaching.
- Lead launch meetings and coaching sessions to maximize engagement, learning outcomes, and workshop/project effectiveness.
- Assess and monitor apprentice behavior within the first 60 days, identifying at-risk learners and taking decisive action before day 42.
- Use testing, iteration, and early intervention to maintain program quality and safeguard financial and reputational outcomes.
- Arrange a seamless handover at the 60-day mark to the Cohort Coach to ensure continuity of learner experience.
- Create an inclusive, motivating environment that drives learner engagement, satisfaction, and progress.
- Master group and individualized coaching techniques and adhere to the Coach Quality framework for consistent delivery.
- Maintain an owner mentality and accountability for learning outcomes across multiple client engagements.
