Qualification
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Tailwind
- Experience in building and maintaining design systems
- Strong understanding of accessibility and performance standards
- Ability to collaborate effectively with design and engineering teams
- Familiarity with AI and agentic tools is a plus
Responsibility
- Build, evolve, and maintain the design system using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind
- Ensure components are accessible, performant, and meet production standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including brand, product design, and engineering
- Explore and implement AI-powered tooling to enhance workflows
- Prototype and experiment with new design and engineering processes
