Qualification

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in a fintech or technology environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor sales performance and optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities to develop District Managers and their teams.
  • Ability to operate independently and travel frequently within the region.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and mentor District Managers, providing coaching and support to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor regional sales performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Ensure effective recruitment, onboarding, and development of teams by District Managers.
  • Spearhead regional sales training initiatives and ensure consistent delivery of training programs.
  • Ensure operational excellence and compliance with company policies across all districts.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between District Managers and senior sales leadership.
  • Identify and pursue new growth opportunities within the region.
