Qualification
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in a fintech or technology environment.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor sales performance and optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities to develop District Managers and their teams.
- Ability to operate independently and travel frequently within the region.
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and drive revenue growth.
- Manage and mentor District Managers, providing coaching and support to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor regional sales performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to improve sales effectiveness.
- Ensure effective recruitment, onboarding, and development of teams by District Managers.
- Spearhead regional sales training initiatives and ensure consistent delivery of training programs.
- Ensure operational excellence and compliance with company policies across all districts.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between District Managers and senior sales leadership.
- Identify and pursue new growth opportunities within the region.
