Qualification
- 5+ years as a Solutions/Sales Engineer with leadership experience
- Technical depth in integrations, security, and compliance
- Experience in managing and mentoring Solutions Engineers
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Responsibility
- Partner with AMER Mid-Market Sales leaders to drive technical wins
- Build and deliver technical demos and proofs of concept for mid-market use cases
- Advise on integrations, security, and compliance requirements for mid-market customers
- Document technical considerations and contribute to internal knowledge bases
- Evangelize Notion’s platform and AI capabilities to influence product roadmap
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Solutions Engineers
- Set standards for discovery, demo excellence, and technical validation
- Guide customers on IAM/SSO and API usage for advanced workflows
- Respond to RFPs and security questionnaires
- Represent Notion at industry events and contribute to technical content
