Okta is seeking an International Accounting Supervisor to oversee the month-end close process, ensure SOX compliance, and manage audit processes. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with knowledge of
Us Gaap
and a focus on process improvement, working within a collaborative environment. The position reports to the International Accounting Manager and requires working US (PST) hours.
Qualification
- Solid working knowledge of US GAAP and SEC regulations
- Experience with internal controls

- Experience in supervising and training accounting teams
Responsibility
- Supervise month-end close activities, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations for International entities
- Review and understand areas such as T&E Expense, Intercompany, Prepaids, Fixed Assets, and Expense Accruals
- Prepare and review Balance Sheet and P&L fluctuation analyses, investigating variances
- Supervise, train, and develop the Manila accounting team
- Drive project-based work to improve process efficiencies for the general ledger team
- Ensure SOX compliance control execution and manage quarterly/annual audit processes
