The Remote IVF Care Coordinator role involves managing patient interactions, guiding them through the fertility process, and collaborating with various teams to enhance patient experience and retention.
Qualification
- Experience in the fertility or medical field with a basic understanding of reproductive health.
- Excellent computer knowledge, including proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex processes in a digestible manner.
- Experience in customer service or patient care roles.
Responsibility
- Manage leads across all marketing platforms and assess their needs regarding fertility services.
- Respond to inquiries from leads and established patients, assisting with questions, scheduling, and payments.
- Review new patient appointments and provide post-visit guidance to patients.
- Lead meetings and collaborate with sales, finance, clinical, and management teams to improve patient journey processes.
- Track conversions along the marketing funnel and generate reports on leads and marketing efforts.
- Train on financial processes and provide backup coverage to the Financial Care Coordinator, including educating patients on financial aspects.
- Provide coverage for the Egg Donation Program and manage communication with potential donors.
