Founded in 2022, Omnea has rapidly grown and raised significant funding, aiming to transform procurement processes for global enterprises.
Qualification
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role in a tech environment.
- Strong understanding of B2B purchasing processes and SaaS solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with AI technologies and their application in business processes.
Responsibility
- Own the deployment of the Omnea platform and key strategic modules, features & integrations.
- Advise on optimal solutions for customers that deliver meaningful value.
- Drive the implementation process as an extension of the customer’s team.
- Become a product expert and represent the voice of the customer internally.
- Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to ensure customer-centric operations.
- Manage onboarding and deployments for new customers.
- Refine implementation strategies and processes.
