Qualification
- Experience in solutions design or consulting, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of B2B purchasing processes and procurement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Proven track record of driving customer success and satisfaction.
Responsibility
- Own the deployment of the Omnea platform and key strategic modules, features & integrations.
- Advise customers on optimal solutions that deliver meaningful value.
- Drive the implementation process as an extension of the customer’s team.
- Become a product expert and represent the voice of the customer internally.
- Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to ensure customer-centric operations.
