The OpenAI Design Studio is seeking an experienced Brand Designer to enhance OpenAI's brand identity through impactful visual experiences at events, live streams, and product announcements. The role involves strategic design, collaboration with various teams, and maintaining brand consistency across multiple platforms.
Qualification
- 4+ years of experience in event design, including signage, staging, and digital graphics.
- Strong portfolio showcasing event design touchpoints such as motion, typography, and digital production assets.
- Adept at creating cohesive brand systems across physical and digital environments.
- Experience collaborating with producers, event planners, and motion designers.
- Ability to manage project schedules and coordinate design timelines.
Responsibility
- Produce signage, wall vinyls, wayfinding, apparel, stickers, and other on-site graphics for events.
- Develop visual motion systems for live streaming, including overlays and graphic elements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including motion, video, producers, and event planners.
- Maintain and evolve brand systems while documenting design guidelines.
- Create and manage design timelines, ensuring project milestones are met.
- Scale global events by building and leading a team of designers.
