- Strong ability to influence without formal authority and drive alignment across teams with competing priorities.
- Demonstrated operational rigor, including process analysis, issue diagnosis, and development of actionable plans.
- Bias for action and execution; thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Experience supporting strategic partnerships and business development, including external engagements and contracting.
- Comfort with synthesizing complex information and presenting concise recommendations to executives.
Responsibility
- Lead and execute high-priority strategic initiatives across Orbital with clear ownership, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
- Support strategic planning, business modeling and scenario design to inform executive decisions; incubate and lead new initiatives from ideation through execution.
- Conduct research and synthesize data into concise recommendations to support fast, high-quality decision-making.
- Partner with C-suite leaders to define, align, and manage priorities across the organization; prepare briefs, meeting materials and structured insights for the executive team.
- Ensure effective information flow and governance to enable the executive team to operate efficiently.
- Support the development of strategic partnerships and business development opportunities from first meeting through contracting; represent Orbital in customer, partner and external engagements.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across teams with competing priorities; influence without formal authority and maintain operational rigor.
- Monitor progress, track milestones, and deliver measurable results on strategic initiatives.
