They are seeking a Field Operations Technician to work in California's Central Valley, helping farmers utilize their advanced camera systems to collect data and improve crop management. Qualification
- Passion for technology and helping farmers succeed.
- Ability to operate ATVs and other farm equipment.
- Strong communication skills for customer interaction and training.
- Willingness to work outdoors and travel to customer farms.
- Experience in customer support or technical support roles.
Responsibility
- Visit customer farms and scan their fields with AI-powered camera systems to collect valuable farm data.
- Operate equipment including ATVs on the farm for data collection.
- Drive 1-3 hours to customer farms for training and technology deployments.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and support needs.
- Provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, and training for FruitScope vision systems.
- Conduct on-farm demos for prospective customers.
- Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and relay insights to engineering teams.
