Qualification

Responsibility
- Lead technical accounting work under US GAAP and statutory reporting.
- Partner with teams and external consultants to provide technical accounting expertise for new transactions.
- Prepare technical accounting analysis on complex issues.
- Create and maintain accounting policies.
- Oversee application of new accounting pronouncements.
- Collaborate with external auditors on technical accounting matters.
- Review financial disclosures in SEC and statutory filings related to accounting policies.
- Conduct ad-hoc technical accounting research and analysis.
