The role is based in Singapore and involves working closely with sales, support, engineering, and design teams to improve product adoption and management for schools.
Qualification
- Strong work ethic and honesty.
- Experience working with or for school systems and understanding their software purchasing and usage.
- Comfortable with ambiguous requirements and shifting priorities.
- Experience as a former educator or teacher is a plus.
- Ability to create engaging product demos and a passion for supporting teachers.
Responsibility
- Work closely with sales and support teams to understand the needs of school and district administrators.
- Define and ship features that facilitate school adoption and management of Padlet at scale.
- Partner with engineering, design, and customer success to create intuitive administrative tools that drive adoption and retention.
- Champion the voice of schools within the company.
- Build tools for managing rosters, licenses, integrations, and compliance for schools.
- Enable school leaders to recognize the value Padlet brings to teachers and students.
- Help establish Padlet as the default classroom collaboration tool from kindergarten to college.
